Off Season Production Assistance

Halo Wine Services is available to help with any and all of off season work when needed. This includes but is not limited to:

• Racking and Filtering
• Sulfuring and Topping
• Bottling Line and QC
• Inventory
• Basic Enology and Analysis (Free sulfur, TA, etc.)
• Chemical Additions (Pot Carb, TA, Potassium, Bitartrate, Bentonite, and more)

Pest Control Services

Angelique is QAL certified and available to help producers redesign their spray programs and create IPMs to address a variety of pest problems in the vineyard. Pest control experience includes:

• Writing and implementing both organic and conventional spray programs
• Treating vines that are sick with Pierces disease using injections of XylPhi-PD
• Updating safety data sheet records and helping producers meet legal requirements necessary for businesses to use pesticides.
